Inquilab was founded in 1987 by a group of local people primarily to provide housing and support for black and minority ethnic communities in West London.

We work closely with tenants, local authorities and specialist agencies to provide housing and services at affordable prices.  Today we own and manage 900 properties in Brent, Ealing, Elmbridge, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Richmond and Slough.

Inquilab supports local communities by actively encouraging training and employment initiatives.  We also work closely with local community care agencies and social services.

Our desire is to improve the quality of life for local communities and neighbourhoods. 

Work with other housing providers and agencies, including probation service, health service, and police. We manage a small number of shared ownership homes and plan to develop a further 80 homes over the next five years.
