Do you want to help improve our services for you and other residents? If you’re willing to give us feedback and can spare around 25 hours a year, for which you will receive a fee, we’d like to hear from you.

As part of our commitment to continual improvement across our homes and services, Inquilab Housing Association (IHA) is looking to recruit a group of up to nine residents who can provide honest, independent, feedback on the services we provide, and – working alongside other customers – review our policies and procedures, inspect our performance in such areas as repairs and customer enquiry response times, and to help make recommendations for improvement. We call this our Residents Scrutiny Group.

The Group meets four times a year (current virtually due to Covid-19) and members will be renumerated for their involvement.
