Openness and Transparency
Inquilab believes in the importance of being open and transparent. We believe in reporting our actions, spending and performance openly and transparently to our residents and other stakeholders. We publish information about how we perform, what we spend and how we are governed so that anyone who has an interest in our work can hold us to account. We take pride in delivering a high-quality service to our residents and we are constantly looking to improve both how well we perform and how efficient we are.
What We Spend Money On
We invest any surplus we make into new homes, as well as services for existing residents, their homes and their local communities. Here you can find our financial accounts as well as a list of our suppliers.
Visit our Publications Archive here which includes our latest Financial and Annual reports. We believe that our residents, stakeholders and the general public should be able to see easily how effective we are and how we provide value for money.
Capital Expenditure
Everybody has an interest in how public money is spent.
We want to be open and transparent about how we spend our money and how we manage our business.
We are committed to publishing information about our costs especially where we are spending over £500 on capital projects
and showing how we are delivering value for money for our stakeholders and our residents.
