Report a Repair

We aim to keep your home in tip top condition.

Repairs come in all shapes and sizes. We will have different target times for each type of repair but will try our best to fix them as soon as we possibly can.

Report a repair if you have any of the following problems:

  • Gas Escape
  • Major Water Leak
  • Major Electrical fault
  • Major drain and sewerage problems
  • Any other problem which you consider to be an emergency

Please do not use this site to report the problem. Instead, ring for further advice and assistance on:-

0800 055 6895 (out of hours emergency repairs)

Please note that you may be charged for certain work carried out in your home (for example, replacement locks where keys have been lost, reglazing to doors and windows which have been damaged etc.).
