Pay Your Rent

 

Your tenancy agreement will show you how often you need to pay your rent and service charge. To find out how much rent and service charge you pay, read your statement. 

Our Housing Services Department will automatically send you a Rent Statement four times a year along with the Inquilab Voice - the Tenants and Residents Newsletter. However you are able to request a rent statement from our customer services team at any time.

You can pay your rent and service charge in many different ways:

Online - By logging in to the tenants secure area online

Rent Payment Card - pay your rent and service charge in any shop where you can see this 'payzone' sign:

                                              

      

Standing Order - A standing order is where you set up a regular payment to us from your bank or building society.  Please contact our customer services team who will be able to send you the relevant form.

Direct Debit - We are currently working to be able to offer the option of collecting rents by direct debit. When we have an implementation date we will advise our residents as those wishing to pay by this method will need to complete an authorisation form.

By post - You can pay by cheque or postal order. Please make them payable to Inquilab Housing Association and ensure you put your full name, address and tenancy number on the back of the cheque/postal order.
