How To Sell Your Leasehold Home

You are able to sell your leasehold home at any time for any reason. Your lease normally contains a clause that says you must give us notice in writing within one month of selling your home. The notice must give us the date of the sale and the details of the new owner.


You must also pay us a reasonable fee for registering the new details and your solicitors will normally deal with this.
