Repairs Process

 

We aim to provide a fully responsive and expert repairs service to our tenants. We operate a 24 hour 365 day emergency service as well as our normal service, which operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We are committed to maintaining all of our properties in a good state of repair and aim to carry out all repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We will keep you fully informed of our progress.

What can you do?

Please keep your home and garden clean and tidy and respect the local environment.

A few simple reminders:

  • Put litter straight in to a dustbin
  • Put all your household rubbish in a sealed plastic bag when leaving it out for collection
  • Keep all communal areas and gardens clean by picking up litter and sweeping if required.  If you are concerned about the tidiness of these areas please let us know if so that we can take it up with our contractors.
