RESIDENT EXPERIENCE PANEL  MEMBERS WANTED

Inquilab Housing Association is committed to putting residents at the heart of everything we do.

We genuinely want to hear what you think about our services and listen to your ideas and suggestions on how we can improve.

We are looking for Inquilab residents to form a Resident Experience Panel. If you are interested in checking that our service is good enough and having your say on our policies and strategies, this is a great opportunity to make sure your voice is heard.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have one or more of the following skills or experiences:

v  Relationship Building;

v  Seeking, analysing and using information;

v  Influencing and constructively challenging;

v  Genuine empathy with our vision, values and customers

v  insights into delivery of excellent customer service;

v  board, committee, tenant association experience at a similar-sized or larger organisation.
