Over the past 20 years Inquilab has evolved into a dynamic and successful Housing Association. This has been achieved by listening to our customers and meeting their needs. We currently own and manage over 1100 units across seven London boroughs as well as in Elmbridge and Slough. These include general needs, supported housing units and a growing number of shared ownership homes. Plus we have exciting plans to grow.
We are proud of our culturally-focused services that aim to meet the needs of the groups of tenants we house and support.
We have established new community services and schemes, including initiatives to tackle domestic violence within BME communities, and the development of the Asian Women's refuge. Â
Even though we are relatively small in size, we are proud to have a strong financial base on which to develop new homes and additional services.
We know which services our customers need because we take the time to really listen to them. We actively engage with our tenants and ask for their input and views through regular focus groups, surveys and customer panels.
