About Us

At Inquilab Housing Association, we work closely with tenants, local authorities and specialist agencies to provide housing and services at affordable prices.

Today we own and manage over 1100 properties in Brent, Ealing, Elmbridge, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Richmond, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Slough. We manage a small number of shared ownership homes and have exciting plans for future development, to enable more people to get on the housing ladder.

We aim to improve the quality of life for whole neighbourhoods.  We work closely with a wide range of partners to support initiatives that encourage education, training and employment opportunities for our residents.
