Opening of Ditton Park

On 3rd May 2005 tenants and staff joined us to celebrate the opening of a new housing development at Ditton Park, Langley.

Ditton Park in Langley is a mixed tenure development of over 350 apartments and houses built in three phases which includes 120 affordable homes. The opening marked the completion of phase II of the development.

Councillor Julia Long, Mayor of Slough and our Chief Executive Gina Amoh and the Deputy Chief Executive of Apex John Knevett went to visit the new homes at the official opening on 3rd May 2005.

The affordable housing has been developed with Bryant Homes in partnership with A2 Housing Group, Catalyst Housing Group, Inquilab Housing Association and Slough Borough Council. Representatives from all partners involved in the project attended the opening of the scheme.

Included within the scheme are homes for rent, general shared ownership and key worker shared ownership in partnership with the Government's Key Worker Living Initiative.
